As in the past, our sardines are prepared entirely by hand and put on a grill for steaming, in our workshops located in Port St Louis du Rhône, in Provence. Our fishermen are committed to responsible fishing through a fishery improvement project aimed at preserving the species, using purse seine, which allows pelagic fish to be caught only.
