They're ideal for snipping chives, cilantro, parsley, basil, dill, oregano, sage, rosemary, thyme, tarragon, marjoram, mint, green leafy vegetables, and more. Use the notched tips of the protective sheath to clean away any stuck-on herb pieces from the blades. After scissors are washed, insert the blades into the protective sheath for safe storage.
